Our services can be availed by the NRI / PIO community living abroad for the benefit of their Parents and family members living in India. Midson Care caters to the family's needs with the services listed in the list of services.

How do I obtain the services?

NRI / PIO can fill up the online registration form available on our website - www.midsoncare.com and provide us with their details along with the brief details of the beneficiary (parent / family member in India). Once the registration process is completed, the "Client" (NRI / PIO) can place the request for their desired "Services" using the "Service Request Form" and make the payment through the payment modes as convenient to the user. The "Client" also has options of selecting from our packages and special offers displayed on the website from time to time. Midson Care provides multiple services at a very nominal cost. Who is 'Your Friend From Midson'? What does he exactly do?

"Your Friend From Midson" is the term used for the "Care Managers" who are the first point of contact for the family / parents in India. These "Care Managers" play a significant role by facilitating and organizing all the services between them and Midson Care. They are dealing with the beneficiaries directly for which they undergo extensive hospitality trainings in skill development which enables them to perform their duties with compassion, patience and dedication.

Midson Care works in coordination with the reputed "A Class" vendors / partners who are pioneers in their respective product / service offerings. Hence, we can assure you that you will be rendered the best possible services.

Midson Care is currently providing services in New Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad & Gurgaon. Shortly we will be launching our services in Jaipur, Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad & Kolkata. The service areas will be gradually expanding and touching the other parts of India soon.

We have contacts with the finest of financial experts who are competent in assisting the financial matters related to Banking, Real-Estate & Investments etc. We also provide professional Legal Advice through established Legal Firms in India. You just need to send us your requirement and we will suggest probable options which may help arrive at the solutions.

Our Customer Care Team / Care Manager - "your Friend from Midson" will be in regular contact with you through mails and/or telephone in order to keep you informed about the status of services being provided to your loved ones.
