Mr. Kapil Gupta Ex NRI
Age – 31 years  

An Ex-NRI, Kapil was gainfully employed at IBM, US as a program manager when he moved to India, his decision was very much influenced by the fact that he couldn’t take care of his personal commitments and the loved ones back home. Kapil is very passionate about supporting the NRI community and is very excited about the potential of Midson Care & the support it can provide to the NRI community.

After completing his B.Tech. from NSIT (formerly DIT) in 1999, Kapil graduated from North Carolina State University with M.S. in Industrial Engg. He is also the co-founder of OM Careers, a non-profit and world's first online marketing careers community, and was one of key persons behind OMCAR 2008, world's first online marketing careers conference & expo.

Kapil started his career with IBM as a part of their premier leadership program in Supply Chain Management & spent over six years in IT & Supply Chain Management. He held numerous leadership positions there, learned the nuts and bolts of partnerships and business relationships and developed an expertise in understanding online behaviour.

 
Mr. Neeraj Malhotra NRI – currently resides in USA
Age – 47 years Parents stay in Mumbai, India

Managing Director of a private enterprise in USA since 1995, Mr. Neeraj Malhotra has his family and parents in New Delhi, India. He is in contact with many NRI counterparts who go through the same pain of being away from the loved ones in India. The feeling of concern about wellbeing and ‘Care’ of the family back home brought him towards Midson Care’s cause of ‘Creating and Sprinkling Happiness in the lives of NRIs and their families in India.’

Mr. G.K. Walia Professor – retired from Delhi University, India
Age – 55 years His son is working in Dubai

A retired Professor from Delhi University, India, Mr. G.K. Walia did his M.A. and Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Delhi. His only son is employed in Dubai. Sending his son abroad for a job was a difficult decision to make, especially for his wife as he is their only child. Every moment of the couple’s life is filled with the concern for their son’s wellbeing and a hope that he would come back home one day to never ever go away again.

Midson Care is honoured to have Mr. Walia as a member of its Advisory Board as he shares his experience of staying away from his loved one.

 
Mrs. Sonal Srivastava Was working in France
Age - 37 years Had to relocate back to Mumbai, India due to her parent’s health concerns

Mrs. Sonal Srivastava was living in Mumbai when she got a great job offer from a renowned company in France. She worked with the company for nearly a decade as a successful Finance Manager. Her mother's constant health problems last year made her worried about the family back home. Feeling stuck between the professional and personal liabilities, she decided to relocate herself back to Mumbai.

We are privileged to have Ms. Sonal Srivastava as a member of Midson Care’s Advisory Board.

 
Mr. Rakesh Patnaik Businessman who travels abroad frequently
Age - 39 years  

An established businessman Mr. Rakesh Patnaik is based out of New Delhi, India and often travels around the globe for business purposes. He is in contact with various NRIs living abroad having the eternal love and concern in their hearts for family and parents back home in India.
